Return Policy

At Cathy Eastham Fine Jewelry, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely delighted with your item, we offer a hassle-free return policy designed to make the process as convenient as possible.

You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to exchange or return your items for store credit, provided that they are accompanied by the sales slip. To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be in unused and unworn condition, in its original state, and enclosed in the original gift box.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include sale items, special orders, modified pieces (including ring sizing), and custom-made jewelry.

For gift recipients, we offer merchandise credit instead of refunds. Additionally, please be aware that gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
