We receive hundreds of requests annually and that number continues to grow each year. In an effort to properly review the large number of requests, we ask you to please fill out this form. We will review all requests and we will contact you within one to two weeks of your submission.

-- Although we wish we could donate to every worthy cause, we are a small business and are unable to fulfill every request that we receive.

-- Priority will be given to local charities.

-- Priority will be given to current clients of Cathy Eastham Fine Jewelry.

-- We ask you to please submit the application at least 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed.

-- Past support does not guarantee future support.

-- All donated items will be chosen at the discretion of Cathy Eastham.

-- While feedback is welcome, please no specific item requests.
